  • ½ teaspoon salt (plus more for seasoning chicken)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Season both sides of the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper. In a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the chicken thighs and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
